Scott Steer is a member Risk Assessment Specialist of the Society of Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals (CSAP) of British Columbia. CSAP members are professionals who have undergone stringent technical evaluation and have been appointed by the British Columbia Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy (ENV) to review applications for regulatory instruments (e.g., Certificate of Compliance, Approval-in-Principle) and recommend to MOE when they should be issued. Scott is also a Registered Professional Biologist in the Province of British Columbia.
